BayCare Behavioral Health – Winter Haven Hospital Center for Behavioral Health is seeking its next full time Behavioral Health Therapist. We offer a comprehensive range of outpatient services to adults, adolescents and children suffering from behavioral health issues, emotional problems and chemical dependency. Our experienced team is comprised of licensed counselors, psychiatrists and mental health professionals.
- Provides solution focused behavioral health treatment through the use of individual, group and family counseling.
- Provides clinical impression and assessment.
- Performs crisis support and services as needed.
- Functions as Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as applicable.
- Oversees clinical staff as assigned.
- Travel to various sites, as specific program requires.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Certifications and Licensures:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Driver's License (Program Specific)
- MHC (Mental Health)
- LMFT (Marriage and Family)
- LCSW (Social Work)
Master's in any of the following:
- Counseling
- Health Education
- Human Services
- Social Work
- Related Field
- Nursing
- Psychology
One or more of the following:
- 2 years Mental Health
- 2 years Child
- 2 years Counseling
- 2 years Substance Abuse
- 2 years Psychology
