Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Community Bridges is currently seeking Behavioral Health Clinicians at our Mesa, Avondale, West Valley locations in Arizona.

The Behavioral Health Clinician is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs. You will work with Patient Care Technicians, Registered Nurses, and Behavioral Health Medical Providers to ensure a safe environment and provide quality care to all patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical therapeutic services to patients and their families
• Give assessment, diagnosis and treatment to patients and their families
• Lead ongoing patient engagement for improved adherence to treatment plans and patient satisfaction
• Facilitates patient centered meetings with patients’ clinical and natural supports
• Connects with external service providers to obtain clinically necessary services for patients
• You will complete a comprehensive discharge plan for patients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Current associate or independent level of licensure with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or able to obtain license within 90 days
• Required licensure in the discipline of counseling, social work, and/or marriage and family counseling
