We believe each child can grow! Our team of wonderful Therapists desires to help each child succeed. ABA and Social Skills programs are individually developed to focus on the specific clinical needs of our clients.

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 an hour (depending on experience)

• Behavior Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Providing behavioral services in settings such as: Home, school, clinic, and community programs. Working alongside amazing supervisors who develop the strategies for the programs.
• Looking to support cases throughout the West San Fernando Valley.

B.I.G. Solutions candidates should be someone who:

• Is an absolute team player who likes to work together in harmony.
• Enjoys being around children and is a “natural” when it comes to relating to them.
• Has an energetic attitude with enthusiasm for children’s success.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, great decision-making, and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Has experience working with children.
• Has a Bachelor's Degree (strongly preferred).
• Potential Saturday sessions available if interested.
• Can pass the FBI & DOJ Fingerprinting requirement.
• Can provide negative TB test results and other immunization requirements
• Has access to reliable transportation and proof of current/valid drivers’ license and auto insurance.
