• This is a very part time position, it may take time to confirm your desired caseload, and there is no guarantee for full-time hours. Hours we are looking to fill are on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (~15 hours total)!
• We will provide the necessary training to eligible applicants who are looking to become a Registered Behavior Technician and join our team.

Behavior Technician Training (Provided)

• We provide the necessary training to help you obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. This is MANDATORY in the state of Nebraska to provide direct services to client.
• 40 Hour Online training provided at no cost to you!
• In person Field Work Training is provided to make sure you are given the best possible guidance and preparation before sending you out into the work field on your own.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home and in community environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
