Business Development Representative

San Antonio Dodge is part of a growing auto group, Greenway Automotive, that has 46 locations across the country and is looking to take it to the next level.

In order to accomplish this goal we need the best BDC reps in the market to give the best first and follow up experiences in the business. In return, we will provide THE BEST TRAINING IN THE BUSINESS, that will allow you to turn this into a career you can be proud of.

Key Responsibilities:

• 88 shown appointments p/month
• Multi-task using the phone, email, and text to execute on the follow up process given.
• Properly log activity into different software
• Have a positive and productive attitude
• Being on time and getting the job done in time
• Respecting others
• Learning - working to increase our speed and our technique

Qualifications:

• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
