BDC Director …. opportunity to earn up to 85k plus!

Hempstead Ford Lincoln is looking for an experienced BDC Director! Come join the management team at a state-of-the-art dealership.

The position includes, but not limited to:

- manage fully staffed BDC dept in sales targets, lead generation and customer retention

- instill accountability daily through interaction with each staff member

- capture all sales opportunities through leads/phone calls

- conduct monthly staff meetings, have meetings with other senior managers/directors

- monitoring sales techniques of the department and adjust as needed

- run reports and review with GM

- monitor equity opportunities

- manage lead response times and reporting

- ensure effectiveness and full utilization control of the CRM

- manage lists of different lead opportunities and make sure these customers are contacted

- ensure follow-up on every customer

Candidate should have experience running an automotive BDC dept

Have exceptional phone skills and a strong work ethic

Must have great follow up skills and be extremely organized

Must have an excellent experience with CSI background

Dealer Socket experience is a plus+
