Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare cocktails and mixed drinks following our recipes and specifications in a timely manner
- Accurately measure ingredients and adhere to bar policies
- Responsibly serve bar guest alcohol
- Practice safe alcohol service
- Greet all bar guest with a warm smile and a sincere welcome
- Accurately take guest orders and enter in POS in timely fashion
- Possess proficient knowledge of our food menu, specials and drink menu
- Ensure bar is clean and well stocked
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be dependable, have open availability and the drive to succeed
- Excels in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and willing to work different schedules
- Knowledge of Food and Health codes a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- High energy and be enthusiastic
