Birdie Time Pub in Portland, OR is searching for a Bartender to join the flock. We are located on the corner of SE Main and SE 9th Ave. We are looking for an applicant that has an open schedule and willing to work weekdays and weekends. Experience is preferred, 21+ is required to apply.

We are an indoor Mini Golf and Golf/Sports Simulator and many other active games Event Venue/Pub. We have 35+ rotating local PNW beers and ciders on tap and craft cocktails and The Coop Food Cart stationed in our outdoor dining area. We are a family friendly establishment until 7pm then it becomes 21 and up until 12pm on the weekends. Booking Events and planning them from start to finish. Social Media experience is a must.

Responsibilities

⦁ Maintain a friendly positive attitude.

⦁ Provide consistent positive and approachable customer service

⦁ Prepared to handle any customer concerns/questions about every aspect of the space in a quick, clear and effective manner. Both in person and digitally. Very active on IG, FB and TT.

⦁ Comfortable speaking about craft beers and all different styles of beer and craft cocktails

⦁ Restock bar and golf items

⦁ Clearing and bussing tables

⦁ Replace empty kegs in a walk-in cooler with a fresh keg (be able to lift 60+lbs with another person)

⦁ Polish and restock glasses behind bar as needed

⦁ Able to bend, crouch, squat and properly lift 60+lbs

⦁ Other duties as assigned
