Job description

Our Bartenders are friendly, outgoing, and possess excellent communication skills. Guest experience is critical to our continued success, and you will play a major role in the overall quality of that experience. Your individual personality should shine through in order to thrill our guests.

Responsibilities:
o Pass TIPs/ABC Alcohol test with a grade of 70% or higher

o Monitor and control alcohol consumption from our guests to ensure guest safety

o Communicate and attend to our guests in a timely manner

o Work with others in order to keep all areas clean and stocked to company standards at all times

Knowledge & Skills:
o Basic mathematical skills for handling physical currency / returning proper amounts of change

o Basic reading and writing

o Familiarity with point of sale systems

o Ability to have a clear understanding of beer, wine, and cocktail recipes

o Excellent communication skills

o Understand food and beverage specifications

o Clear understanding of workplace safety procedures

o Must be of legal age to serve liquor per state law

Required Licenses & Certifications:
o eTIPs (for CT, NY, MA, VA, FL, and GA markets)

o A.B.C. (for TN Market)
