Job description
Seeking an experienced and motivated Barista to join our team. The best candidate for this position is one who is motivated by our cafe's unique, friendly atmosphere and has experience working with customers to ensure that they receive an excellent service. The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive and can work well under pressure.
Your shift generally start at 7 am to 2 or 3 pm.
The job location is preferentially in Johns Island but you can cover some shifts at our Charleston location.
Responsibilities:
- Brew coffee for customers with limited supervision.
- Prepare coffee orders per customer preference.
- Clean, maintain and organize the coffee shop.
- Keep detailed daily records of transactions, sales and financial information.
- Provide excellent customer service to every customer.
- Work within a budget to maintain the cash flow of the shop.
