The Bar Manager will develop a bar strategy, focus on quality and ensure that the bar is well run, organized and managed. They will get rid of the generic and focus on the personalized, utilizing trendsetting variables. The right candidate will have an excellent understanding of customer service, be knowledgeable about ingredients and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They should also have great business acumen and the drive to set high goals for themselves as well as their team.
