Banquet Sous Chef
Job description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in culinary arts, a passion for food preparation, and strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation as well as presentation and ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the head chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Develop recipes and menus.
- Order and maintain inventory of food supplies.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,966.00 - $57,716.00 per year
