JOB DESCRIPTION:

In the role of Banquet Server, you will work alongside our current team members to cater events. Candidates should possess an efficient work ethic, a friendly and professional demeanor, and be comfortable being on their feet for several hours at a time.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with table and meeting space prep before the event

Read and execute all BEOs

Set up display stations and bars, proper food arrangement

Assist with food/buffet preparation before and during the event

Ensure safe food handling guidelines are always followed

Deliver food to the meeting space in a timely manner

Serve plated items to guests and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Always remain guest focused with the goal being 100% satisfaction and completion of all BEOs

Assist with post-event clean up, inventory, food storage, and tear down

Work as a member of a team, communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient work ethic and overall guest satisfaction

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication skills

Positive attitude and the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with coworkers efficiently and effectively

Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period

Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a courteous demeanor and attitude towards all

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Ability to easily adapt to organizational and environmental changes

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, inluding but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays

Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in regulation with company dress code policy

Adhere to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
