The resort offers 130 comfortable rooms and suites, Cork | Fire Kitchen, and a 27-hole championship golf course. We are currently seeking a Banquet Cook to join our team! The Banquet Cook is responsible for preparing food for banquets and special functions, meeting hotel standards of production quality and quantity.
- To follow all specifications to properly and efficiently prepare and present all food items to be served, including accommodating special guest requests.
- To follow all specifications to properly set up hot or cold line stations.
- To maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times in accordance with Health Department standards.
- Must have basic knowledge of production and operations in all relevant kitchen areas.
- Hotel experience preferred.
