The Opportunity
Minimum pay rate: $15.50 / hour

Responsibilities
- Sets up portable bar with all the appropriate items as ordered and requested, including garnishes, glassware, ice, liquor, mixes, straws, napkins, etc.
- Pulls and sets up wine and champagne service for banquet servers for meal functions.
- Maintains bar supplies and glassware throughout the banquet function.
- Knows drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available..
- Breaks down the portable bar and return the liquor to a secured location.
- Ensures all bar billing is accurate and all money drops are done at the end of the shift.
- Adheres to, local liquor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- At least one year experience bartending.
- Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required.
- Previous experience using computerized POS system required.
- California Food Handlers Card is required
- California Responsible Beverage Server Certification is required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift.
- Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Bar environment- noise level may be moderate to high during busy times.
