Job description
We're looking for a part-time, experienced baker.
This person must have an understanding and comfort in the safety and decorum in a fast-paced commercial kitchen. You must have experience and strong familiarity with weighing large volumes of ingredients and keeping an ingredient inventory. You will be making 80-quart batches of batters and fillings, hand scooping batters, and working an 80-quart Hobart mixer. Serve Safe certification is strongly encouraged. Starting pay is $16/hour.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
The ability to multi-task is a plus, along with being methodical, neat, and organized.
Not a high-stress environment but it does require repetitive movements (like scooping) and manual/physical labor.
