This coordinator is the key customer contact owning responsibility for the entire customer experience in areas such as migration provisioning, billing, maintenance, and customer education. Serves as the first level of escalation for problem resolution with business customers; directs, coordinates, and provides the highest level of customer service to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Associate Degree preferred.
At least 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
Other Qualifications:
  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
  • Be able to visit clients in their location.
  • Highly flexible nature, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining an extremely high level of organization.
  • Strong attention to detail while able to understand the bigger picture
  • Inventive and creative problem solver.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize various requests, and coordinate effectively.
  • Results, metrics, and evidence-oriented analytical thinker.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Required to manage account escalations while in direct contact with customers.
  • Responsible for designing & deploying customer solutions to meet deployment to the network for assigned accounts.
  • Responsible for resolution and follow-up regarding billing, ordering, provisioning, or collection inquiries.
  • Resolves most complex issues including repair, maintenance, billing, and or orders; proactive identification, communication, and resolution of service affecting issues, technical support for product service problem resolution; recognizes and recommends operational improvements for the migration.
  • Provide direction and guidance to Migration Field Support and Sales Executives.
  • Coordinate customer meetings.
  • Serves as a public relations representative and image builder to clients.
