This leads to our technicians making more money, more money because they spend more time fixing cars and less time looking at them. Our system better focuses on the efficiency of a technician and understands that no one is making money when the technicians don't have work to do. Whether you are a newer technician with a year or two experience seeking a company to pay $22-24, a mid level technician seeking $25- $30 or a lead technician with an expectation of $30-35 +++ we have a position for you.
