Central Coast Jiffy Lube is looking for a Assistant General Managers in our Santa Maria service center.

Our Assistant General Managers (AGM) gain the experience of running a successful business unit in a structured, yet autonomous environment side-by-side with the General Manager (GM). Your Central Coast Jiffy Lubes have been locally owned and operated since 1987. It is our goal to provide a high quality service that exceeds each of our customer's expectations. Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Assist manager in all aspects of the daily operation of the service center.
• Run the service center in the manager's absence.
• Responsible for full knowledge and operation of Point of Sale computer system and other equipment required for daily operation.
• Promote all Jiffy Lube systems as outlined in Jiffy Lube Policies and Procedures Manual and other company manuals.

Assistant General Manager Requirements:

Successful candidates will have some retail or other business management experience. Interest in or experience with cars is a plus but not a requirement. Mechanical experience is not necessary but encouraged especially in the AGM role. We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team. Assistant General Manager Specific Duties:

• Being trained and knowledgeable for all employment positions within the service center and to work any position when necessary.
• Assist the service center manager in any an all areas of operations including; training, inventory, safety procedures, cleanliness standards, equipment maintenance and customer complaints.
• Any other duties that are assigned by the service center manager.
