Requirements:

• 2+ years Prior Automotive Sales Manager Experience REQUIRED
• Prior highline & high-volume experience REQUIRED
• Ability to Drive sales and motivate your team to earn customers for life
• Train and build a strong, high performing sales staff

The CA base salary range for this full-time position is $64,480.00 to $120,008.00. This position is eligible for commission, performance incentives, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary range for new hire rates for the position across all CA locations.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
