Automotive General Office Clerk
Job description
We are a family-owned, full-service automotive dealership in Orange County, looking for a general office clerk who can handle various positions and tasks. The right candidate will know the accounting processes of automotive dealership operations.

We operate with flexible guidelines to promote employee satisfaction. Because this is an essential position within our team, we offer a $1000.00 signing bonus after 90 days of continuous employment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain all aspects of payments, from scheduling to verification.
- Prepare and disburse invoices to customers and vendors.
- Resolve issues with delinquent accounts by contacting and working with the customer.
- Reconcile transactions with statements.
- Maintain accurate financial records of all receivable transactions, verifications, etc.
- Secure financial data via data backups and security monitoring
- Offer creative budget, cash flow, and other financial solutions as needed.
- Filing various paperwork
- Assist the Business Manager with varying tasks.
You will need the following:
- A high school diploma or higher
- Knowledge of the automotive dealership process
- Strong mathematical ability
- Experience handling high volumes of paperwork.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Effective communication ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Work, and Outlook
- Accounting experience
This position interacts with Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and General Manager, and reports directly to the Business Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
