Seeking: Advanced Diagnostic Technician-Experienced Ford Master Technician - Ford Senior Master Technician Preferred

Performance Requirements:

• Ability to consistently diagnose complex vehicle concerns as a primary function of the job
• Strong discipline regarding diligent note taking, supporting documentation, and ability to follow a strict process without supervision
• Effective communicator verbally and written communication
• Consistently able to diagnose vehicle concerns and utilize technical assistance hotline for concerns requiring further escalation

About the Dealership/Position:

SUSQUEHANNA FORD HAS MOVED TO OUR NEW LOCATION! Susquehanna Ford has moved from Quarryville to Willow Street PA (150 Lancaster Pike Willow Street PA - Just South Of Lancaster). Our new facility was built new from the ground up and is the most modern in the county. We are seeking to add one additional technician to our current team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a current Ford technician that lives in Lancaster county to join a highly skilled and talented team.

The new facility is located in Willow Street Pennsylvania. The shop features the following and more:

• Brand New Facility
• Air Conditioned Shop

• Built-in toolboxes for all technicians
• Dedicated Tool Room
• In ground lifts, commercial above ground lifts, flush mounted lifts for low clearance, EV specifically designed lifts
• Brand new Hunter revolution tire changer, new Hunter hammer head road force balancer, new hunter alignment rack, new Hunter alignment machine
• Built in computers for each technician

• welding outlets by all bays
• EV charging plugs by all Bays

Required Work Experience, Skills, and Certifications:

• Automotive Graduate or 5+ years dealership experience
• Ability to consistently perform thorough Multi-Point Inspections
• Valid Drivers License
• Maintain positive work relationships
• Demonstrates highest level of professionalism and self discipline
• Ford Training required
• PA State Inspections and Emissions License is required
