Auto Parts Specialist

RJ’s Auto is a seeking highly motivated individual to join our team.

Summary: The Auto Parts Specialist is responsible for managing and dispensing automotive parts and related supplies inventories.

Responsibilities:

• Management and issuing/staging of automotive parts and related supply inventories.
• Ordering or receiving automotive parts and related supplies.
• Stock Handling, identifying, and cataloguing automotive parts and assemblies, and related supplies.
• Quality Inspection of automotive parts and related supplies.
• Sorting, pricing, and selling of automotive parts.
• Maintain clean and safe storage area(s)
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Reports inventory discrepancies of completed jobs to the corresponding department or management.

Qualifications:

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Full Driver’s License
• Must be computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction of given assignments.
• Able to manage time wisely and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task and be organized.
• Previous experience is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Demands:

· Mobility: Walking and moving about on foot often, as well as up and down stairs.

· Handling: Seizes, helps, or works with hands.

· Lifting: Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

· Reaching: Extends hands and arms in any direction.

· Stooping: Bends body downward and forward by bending at knees or waist.

· Standing: Remains in standing position if required to perform various functions of the job.
