Training, Compliance & Auditing Coordinator

Duties:

• Provide weekly reporting to Director of Operations and ownership team as it relates to overall discount activity on a per unit basis
• Make sure that guest complaints have been closed by the field team and proper documentation submitted to office
• Track employee meal data and secure break logs and internal reports for recordkeeping purposes
• Secure timekeeping adjustment logs
• Scan corrected time sheets
• Audit I9's
• Process chargebacks
• Alert field team of high tip transactions
• Save employee documents from weekly packages
• Provide field team with summary of training reports while monitoring compliance against brand standards
• Sorting weekly packages while securing server check out slips and credit card slips

MONTHLYMaintain

• utility spreads
• Rank Drinks , NGC and Table Turns and distribute
• Download monthly credit card reports
• Spread and validate credit card batch reports
• Save Insurance Loss Runs
• Save Pci Scan Reports from IT provider
