Roselli, Clark & Associates, CPAs is in an industry leading CPA firm with strong, multi-year client growth. We offer opportunities for professional growth within a firm sized for a more personalized and individual value-based model and work experience, in contrast to large CPA firms. Based in Woburn, Massachusetts, and with a satellite office in Hopedale, Massachusetts, our clients are located primarily throughout eastern and central Massachusetts.

We are looking to fill multiple financial auditor positions at various experience levels from recent college graduate to current audit senior, with great professional growth and promotion potential for persons looking to develop their audit skills and accounting careers. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service to our audit clients.

Please note that while our primary office is located in Woburn, our client base is spread throughout Massachusetts primarily in the eastern and central area between Boston and Worcester, and much of the work takes place at client locations. Accordingly, interested candidates located anywhere in that geographical area are encouraged to apply, as the firm can be flexible with regards to primary office assignment and for convenience relative to travel to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities (Varies Based on Position Level):

  • Preparation of audit work papers and analysis of client information
  • Preparation of audited client financial statements and other compliance reporting
  • Work with clients to address areas of need and evaluate operations
  • Oversight, management and training of junior level staff
  • Will report directly to senior staff or firm partners

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Accounting (Master degree in Accounting preferred but respondents with similar degree or with 150+ credit hours will be highly considered)
  • 0 – 3 years of public accounting experience
  • CPA or CPA candidate is preferred
  • Willing and capable to commute frequently to various client location sites within Massachusetts
  • Person must be self-motivated and have a dedicated work ethic
  • Desire to work within a positive, team environment
  • Willing to learn, implement, and adapt to well-established firm audit practices and procedures
  • Computer experience with Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat and ProSystem fx Engagement
  • Strong and well-developed, English writing/grammar skills and verbal communication
  • Analytical and data evaluation abilities to enhance problem solving tasks
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on credentials and work experience. Stated salary range below is based on the various positions open ranging from a starting candidate with limited audit experience, up to audit senior level. Experienced candidates with very exceptional skills for the position or additional qualifications (i.e. CPA license, etc.) would be eligible for higher end compensation on the firm's by position scale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
