Bluegreen Vacations is seeking an Association Governance Specialist to manage and administer compliance services as outlined in the management contracts between Bluegreen Resorts Management and each Association.

JOB SUMMARY:
This individual must cultivate and build healthy, productive relationships with each association’s board of directors, the resort managers and key personnel, as well as all corporate management partners. Working as a liaison between the management company, board of directors and owners within multiple associations, the Association Governance Specialist is involved in all aspects of managing corporate standards, legal compliance and administrative affairs of each association.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience required. Previous paralegal or association management experience preferred
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• CAM License in the state of Florida preferred
• Knowledge of vacation ownership, board relations, and association management required
• Detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of people with effective rapport building and relationship skills
• Must be PC proficient with fluency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong planning and organizational skills; multi-tasking skills are required
• Flexibility to deal with ever-changing situations with ability to work under pressure with changing directives
