We are looking for Associate Underwrites for our Workers Compensation Insurance product team based in Rocklin, CA.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Underwrite work comp renewals with full carrier authority.

Process renewals with all of our carrier partners

Review & process broker of record changes

Support Underwriters with various tasks

Assist customers with inquiries regarding their policies and renewals.

Process endorsement requests and bind requests, as needed.
BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

At least 1 year of recent outstanding, office-based, customer service experience is required.

Experience with Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office is required.

Possess sensible judgement and meticulous attention to detail.

Experience in the Insurance industry is required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, and the ability to call clients with confidence.

Strong attention to detail, is dependable and follows through on all items.

Ability to read and interpret fragmented information.

Required to have strong research skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information and confidential situations.

Poise to deal with difficult situations when they arise.

Pay range is $19 to $25 per hour and will depend on several factors including geographical location, relevant experience, skills and knowledge pertaining to this role and industry.
