Position Title: Associate Manager, Digital Merchandising
Location: Hoboken, NJ or Remote
Reports To: Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising

Digital Merchandisers perform item setup, maintenance and support activities across all customers and business segments. Owning the digital shelf experience, the merchandisers will work cross-functionally to ensure successful deployment of eCommerce best practices for customer and category growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute item setup for all business segments and their customers

• Build and publish enhanced brand marketing content in collaboration with Production and Creative leads

• Perform proactive item maintenance on digital shelf in partnership with eCommerce leads, leveraging retailer-specific content health scorecards

• Monitor content performance and partner with Production, Analytics and SEO leads to drive product placement and share of search improvements

• Partner with Digital Experience, Production, and Product Marketing leads to ensure data accuracy and content readiness in syndication platforms

• Support the development of data governance workflows and approvals across the enterprise in various platforms

• Assist sales leads in executing variation strategy on retail.com

• Distribute project status and output reports while communicating any active project barriers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar field

• 2-4 years of digital merchandising and/or eCommerce work experience

• Candidate should have experience managing projects and demonstrated ability to follow up and drive corrective actions – it is all in the details and need to deliver/manage deadlines

• Experience managing prioritization and decision-making process to ensure workflow is maximized and stakeholder needs are met

• Detail-oriented and deadline-focused with an intense attention to detail both in project-based requirements as well as digital shelf content

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Retail Customers, eCommerce)

• Having experience with syndication platforms such as Salsify, Syndigo, and other end-to-end data management tools (PIM) is a plus
