Your Role:

As an Associate Functional Analyst, you will have individual responsibilities related to directing improvements for our WMS/ERP systems and delivering supply chain excellence. Successful candidates will excel in challenging situations, with a high aptitude for resourceful and creative problem-solving. Listed below are some of the key functions of this role.

• Business Analysis
  • Meet with key users to understand requirements, build process maps and/or flows
  • Provide data analysis to assist distribution and warehousing operations or external departments with business decisions and to improve operational efficiency
  • Create reports to support distribution and warehousing operational requirements
  • Perform product profiling in the warehouse to optimize operational efficiency
• Design and Configuration
  • Document current process flow
  • Document proposed process improvement, test, and evaluate for effectiveness
  • Configure warehouse shelving and product storage strategies to ensure compliance with all applicable safety, regulatory and insurance requirements
• Testing and Implementation
  • Perform unit tests and write technical documentation
  • Create documentation to ensure knowledge transfer to colleagues
• Project Management
  • Lead projects involving safety, process improvement, system enhancements and capital budget initiatives
• 3PLs
  • Act as liaison with sales/marketing to ensure correct inventory is stocked at 3PLs
• Support
  • Provide support for DC operations
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise and analyze DC systems for potential bugs or enhancements
  • Work with external vendors and IT support to resolve highly technical issues
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for software and automation in the facility

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in operational systems management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management, Information Technology.
• Experience in a warehousing or distribution center setting.
• Leadership experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse management system (WMS) concepts and functionality.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and Access.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Robust project management and process improvement competencies.
• Ability to learn quickly, think analytically, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required including evenings/nights and weekends.
