Duties:

• Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
• Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action.
• Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.

Skills:

• Seven years of experience is required 5 of which were in a supervisory role.
• experience in Behavioral Health Department.

Certification/Licenses:

• RN License - required

Schedule Notes:

• This position is for an Assistant Director of Nursing.
• PMCS Certification is Mandatory, candidate can obtain it while working in the facility.
• This is for the behavioral health department.
