KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director to join our Business Development Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with executives, board members and alumni at assigned accounts in the portfolio through remote and virtual selling techniques
  • Follow-up on leads and manage the overall relationship building process
  • Nurture and drive qualified opportunities through to win, including integration of alliance-based offerings
  • Assist with proposal development, focusing on the KPMG value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes for these opportunities
  • Meet specific business development goals at assigned accounts and report and measure progress against goals with line of business sales leader and portfolio leadership
  • Effectively manage the business opportunities and pipeline at assigned accounts to help ensure KPMG is positioned to capitalize on opportunities by providing high quality and valued services

Qualifications:

  • Minimum six years of recent demonstrated experience selling professional services, consulting firm preferred
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing new or on-going business opportunities
  • Experience developing and leading relationship building activities with executives and the ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and results
  • Working experience of social media tools and technique with knowledge of sales enablement tools is a plus
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
