The candidate should be able to take direction from supervising attorney and be able to implement those directions to work independently.

Candidates MUST have at least 2+ years experience in employment law and have strong writing and research skills.

Job Description

• Handling the day to day matters in their assigned cases
• Drafting settlement demand letters, complaints, motions
• Taking and Defending depositions
• Propounding and Responding to Discovery
• Handling Routine Court appearances
• Experience in handling plaintiff wage-and-hour class actions (preferred)
• Experience with employment litigation
• Drafting Class Certification Motions, Class-wide settlement agreements, preliminary and final approval motions (preferred)
• Helping prepare for trial and attend trial with supervising attorney

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
