Tippecanoe Memory Gardens is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager.
As Assistant Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing our sales team. You'll receive the most professional training our industry offers, career advancement opportunities, excellent earning potential, and a respectful and professional work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide training to new employees, and be a primary source for problem-solving
- Provide efficient and effective support to the sales manager and sales staff
- Provide daily guidance and support to sales staff in order to meet individual and organizational goals through daily drill-downs and performance tracking
- Assist with recruiting qualified sales members, including reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews, and interviewing
- Work closely with a variety of individuals to accomplish your goals—including the Sales Director, Sales Manager, Administrative Team, and Operations Team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in a sales environment or training environment
- A fast learner with the ability to listen, follow directions and hit the ground running while effectively incorporating your training
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel Access), Windows Operating systems, and the ability to learn new programs
- Strong attention to detail
- A great communicator with strong presentation skills
- A hard worker who has a strong work ethic
