WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Base Salary $50,000 to $56,000 per annum (the "ANNUAL BASE SALARY) commensurate with years of experience. In addition, Assistant Restaurant Manager shall receive a $6,000 Retention Bonus in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Retention Bonus program and continued employment through the applicable bonus payment date. The Retention Bonus shall be paid in two parts:

  • $3,000 paid after 30 days successful transition to an General Manager
  • $3,000 paid after at 1 year from hire date

Bonus Program: In this role, you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus Program, which is paid out every period. The bonus payout is calculated each period based on the restaurant sales, profitability, and voice of the customer metrics. Co-Managers have the ability to earn up to $3,900 per year based on store performance.

  • Grow sales by ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and great operations.
  • Partner with the GM to meet or exceed budgeted EBITDAR and utilize available reports to identify opportunities.
  • Share responsibilities with the GM for coaching and training of Shift Managers and Team Members, by utilizing KBP training programs; supports national training initiatives and involved in the process for new employee orientation.
  • Ensure the restaurant is kept clean, and the team is providing an exceptional visit for the guests with friendliness and a quality product.
  • Managers must be 18 years of age or older and have 1+ years of Management experience in either the food service or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility.

Essential Functions

  • Lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand and walk constantly for entire shifts.
  • Maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and follow directions.
