We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager / Shift Leader to join our team!

Jimmy John's is unlike every other sandwich chain in the country; we specialize in Super-Fast, High-Volume sandwich execution!

The Shift Leader manages all function of the restaurant to ensure customer service and high-quality products are delivered when the General Manager is not on duty.

Responsibilities

A Shift Leader:

· Completes opening or closing procedures to ensure shift is setup to run properly

· Forecasts food items. Estimates what amount of each food item is needed

· Executes systems and procedures with integrity and completeness

· Routes deliveries and supervises drivers to maximize delivery business and speed

· Completes preventive maintenance on store’s equipment and supplies

· Assists in the supervision of food preparation, sales, and service

· Ensures that every customer receives world class customer service

· Completes closing procedures

Requirements:

· Previous leadership / management experience

· Preferred QSR experience

· Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

· Skills to use a personal computer and various software programs (Word/Excel)

· 18 years or older

· Valid driver's license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
