Assistant Residential Directors are responsible for providing “Hands-on” support and assistance to adults with developmental disabilities. You will also be responsible for the following,

• Provide support for growth, development, day-to-day management, and oversight of the assigned residential houses.
• Supervision of the assigned residential houses, staff, and House Managers.
• Serving as a liaison and supporting other departments when needed.

Full-Time Position
Primary schedule Monday thru Friday and rotating “on-call” with other Assistant Residential Directors as needed.

Paid Training MANDT, CPR/FA, BBP, and more.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services is preferred.
• One (1) to Two (2) years of work experience and knowledge of the needs of individuals with disabilities are preferred.
• Demonstrate supervisor abilities, skills, budget management, and be able to manage staff effectively.
• Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role
• Two (2) to five (5) years working in a Direct Support care position and/or healthcare environment

You will need the following to be considered for hire:

• Valid Driver's License with 2 points or less
• Ability to lift 50+ Lbs
• Covid-19 Vaccine
