Position Summary: To assist the property manager in overseeing the portfolio of properties under management. This position reports directly to the property manager.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

- Be available as needed to handle day-to-day tasks
- Prompt and accurate completion of all required paperwork
- Communicate with office staff, vendors, clients and customers and maintenance techs
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain curb-appeal on all properties through ongoing consistent property evaluations
- Tenant communications and relations on violations, notices and repair requests
- Communication with Clients
- Assist in collecting rents
- Assist throughout the life-cycle process of tenant move-out through move-in
- Drive-by property evaluations
- Move-in and move out inspections
- Point of contact for onsite managers, monitor weekly reports from onsite managers
- Assist in weekly review of Vacancy reports
- Assist in weekly review of Delinquency reports
- Coordinate client approval for all turn costs based on Move-out Evaluation Report
- Commercial Profile
- Assist with Oversight of Commercial Rentals
- Point of contact for clients
- lease renewals
- coordinate leasing
- Point of contact for tenants
- Assist in weekly review of Vacancy reports
- Assist in weekly review of Delinquency reports
- Assist in collecting rents
- Handling & coordinating maintenance for Commercial
- Ensuring property is rented to fullest capacity
- Working closely with the Service Manager to make sure apartments and turns align with company standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work fast and efficiently

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions well
- Establish and maintain professional relationships

- Some Knowledge of landlord-tenant law is a plus
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Type 40 WPM
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License
- Basic computer skills required
