Function/Duties of Position:
This position reports to (supervisor): Director of Russell Street Clinic The duties of this position include: This position is under the supervision of the Director of the Russell Street Clinic.
The duties of this position are in support of the missions, goals and objects of OHSU and the School of Dentistry and include: Participation in the education of residents and dental students, establishment and maintenance of a program of specific and general scholarly activity. Specific responsibilities will focus on clinical and didactic teaching at the graduate and predoctoral level, participating in dental research (including clinical research), participating in strategic planning activities, delivering continuing dental education, and providing direct patient care. The general pattern of working hours corresponds with scheduled clinic hours, Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm. Deviations from this pattern may be necessary at times. Required Qualifications:

- Oregon Dental License, unrestricted, (or eligibility to obtain prior to employment)
- Dental degree (DDS/DMD) unrestricted, from a CODA accredited school
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to leverage creativity, resourcefulness, and sound judgment in the analysis and resolution of dental and administrative problems; strong leadership, teamwork, and crisis management skills
- Comprehensive skill and ability to apply modern methods, principles and practices of four-handed and advanced general dentistry
- Bilingual in English and additional languages is encouraged.
- Public health experience.
