Assistant Production Coordinator
Job description
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Two years of customer service experience
- Two years of experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Strong billing, data entry, and phone skills
The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn new programs quickly and work independently in a busy office setting with a kind and calm demeanor.
The New York State Senate Production Services team is seeking detail-oriented oriented candidates with customer service experience to serve as an Assistant Production Coordinator.
The Assistant Production Coordinator works closely with data/order entry and print shop staff to produce materials for Senate offices to use and distribute throughout the year.
The salary range is $38,000 to $40,000, commensurate with experience.
