Great Northern – Chippewa Falls is seeking a Fulfillment Operator to join our growing manufacturing team! Are you ready to make a difference?

Our Fulfillment Operators Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm
• Hourly wage is $20.30.

Our Fulfillment Operators are Responsible For:

• Assists operator in machine set-up.
• Breaks down set-up after run has been completed.
• Prepares bottom sheets for units.
• Calls for board when needed.
• Feeds sheets into machine constantly monitoring quality of sheets.
• Assists with stacking finished units.
• Counts units and inserts load tags into units.
• Cleans the glue heads and makes sure machine is ready for the next run.
• Works along with operator to complete set-up procedure and production run in the most efficient time and manner for each order.
• Ability to identify, verify and match color for set-ups and quality checks on printed packaging.
• Learns the operator’s duties and functions as the operator once a week or as needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Follows all quality set-up and check-out procedures for accuracy and quality.
• Safe and efficient use of all equipment.
• Perform duties on fulfillment line as priorities demand

Our Fulfillment Operators Will Possess:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1 to 3 years of related manufacturing or machine operating experience
• Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide and correctly read a tape measure
• Ability to meet product specifications and quality standards of our Customers and Great Northern – CF
• A strong understanding of the importance of safety
• A team player who is driven to learn every day
