We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at a casual dining restaurant in Ohio. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and customer service, as well as experience in full-service dining. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a large and stable brand, and has the drive to progress and succeed in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager with all aspects of restaurant operations
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Train and manage front of house and back of house staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Maintain inventory of restaurant supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with the management team to create a positive and productive work environment
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Full service restaurant experience is required
• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Creativity and ability to develop new ideas for improving guest satisfaction and restaurant operations
• Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
