Pay: From $18.00-$20.00 per hour

All Care Services LLC, of Merriam, KS is seeking a full time Assitant Manager, Day Operations to safely and efficiently operate our sweeper trucks, ensure that our client's properties look outstanding and assistant the Manager, Day Operations in leading and developing the team! The position has a starting pay range of $18.00-$20.00/hour and a $500.00 retention bonus. This position also qualifies for an excellent benefits package that includes health, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation, 401k, life insurance, and a 529 savings plan. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF the Assistant Manager
The day shift begins at 6:30am and runs to around 3:00pm. As the Assistant Manager, you will be a "player/coach". You use the best safety protocol as you operate our sweeper trucks to perform our services. You back up the Manager of Day Operations on their days off and help in training new employees and preparing existing employees for their days in the field. You will bring a positive attitude to the workplace and elevate the performance of those around you. You do quite a bit of walking as you scan the area for debris or trash. With your previous experience in the janitorial (or similar) field, you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty. You keep an eye out for any safety hazards as well as ensure our sweeper trucks are clean and well-maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to clear a drug test upon hire
• Able to lift up to 50lbs on occasion
• Leadership/management experience a plus
• Schedule flexibility
