Barrier Beauties is a Off Bottom Oyster Farm located in Port Bolivar Texas. We grow, harvest and deliver oysters to customers. We are looking for an assistant general manager.
The Assistant Manager will help oversee day to day operations on the farm. This includes going to the farm daily to monitor and maintain the oysters and the cages and keeping farm gear clean and maintained, The assistant manager will also assist in harvesting oysters on a weekly basis, and managing/training employees. The work week is dependent on weather conditions so working weekends is sometimes required.
Boating experience is required as well as experience managing a small team of employees. No oyster aquaculture experience is required as we can train you. The canidate must be located in Galveston or Port Bolivar.
