Hire dynamics is assisting a Plastic Manufacturer in Statesville NC, in staffing for a Temp to Hire Assistant Machine Operator. Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday Time: 6:50pm-7am Rate $16 ph As a Assistant Machine Operator you would be responsible for ensuring the quality of plastic as it wind up on rolls and document your findings. Prepare roll for shipment. Maintain a 2 hour supply of materials for job orders. Make sure all paperwork is filled out completely and correctly. Adhere to Product Safety Program (SQF) Maintain acceptable attendance record and report to work on time. No prior experience needed. this position is an entry level position with a ton of opportunity for advancement for candidates who are motivated to learn the processes of the machines. Opportunities are endless! Steeled toed shoes required. Shorts and jeans are allowed. Must be able to occasionally lift upto 75 pounds Full benefits eligible 60 days after converting to the company's payroll.
