A DAY IN THE LIFE:

As Assistant General Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your restaurant. You are the leader in creating a working environment that is safe, functional, and transformative for customers and employees, ensuring an enjoyable and satisfying experience for guests of the restaurant.

As Floor Manager, you will manage overall operations of the Restaurant, with an additional focus on supporting the Corporate Beverage Director.

• Act as the conduit between our employees’ and our guests’ experiences
• Communicate all service requirements to the respective team members in an efficient and effective manner.
• Coach and counsel the team to be motivated and effective. Evaluate and coach the team members
• Assist with administrative tasks such as SOP’s, menu recipe cards, other operational requests.
• Ensure outlet costs are kept within targeted budgets by controlling wastage and breakage, collaborating with Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
• Manage menu change, marketing collaterals and front of house inventories.
• Work closely with ownership on promotional activities and team development.
• Attend and participate in shift briefings, trainings, daily, and monthly meetings to be informed about any updates.
• Follow Occupational Health & Safety regulations
• Ensure Restaurant is a clean, well-organized, safe environment
• Follow and uphold all company policies per employment handbook

Salary: $68,000- $78,000
