ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING - ADON (CLINICAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR) - Full-Time - Oakton Pavillion
Generations at Oakton Pavillion in Des Plaines, Illinois, has an Immediate Opening for an Assistant Director of Nursing – ADON (Clinical Services Supervisor). This is a salaried role with a 8-hour shift with on-call availability
The Ideal Candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
$95k-$100k Salary, plus Full Benefits.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON (Clinical Services Supervisor):
- The Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON (Clinical Services Supervisor) collaborates with the Director of Nursing – DON (Director of Clinical Services)
- Ensures care plans are implemented and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Manages the clinical team, develops programs and provides education to staff
- Plans and evaluates nursing systems, rotations and methods

Requirements:of the Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON (Clinical Services Supervisor):
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Illinois
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must have leadership and critical thinking skills
- Long-term care experience with knowledge of regulations desirable
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing, intermediate or long-term care facility preferred
- ICU or ventilator experience a plus
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
