We are looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to assist in overseeing the daily operations in our senior living and rehabilitation center. The Assistant Director of Nursing will assist in training and coordinating staff, including Registered Nurses and Nursing Assistants, according to company policies. A successful candidate will be passionate about caring for the elderly and have strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Supervising and coordinating nursing staff.
• Assist with the patient census.
• Manage nursing staff schedules.
• Maintain nursing records, quality assurance reports, and facility charts.
• Assess patient needs and respond rapidly to changes in the patient's condition.
• Supervise staff to ensure that all duties are performed promptly and competently.

Pay: $35.52 - $42.62 per hour
