Job Responsibilities
- As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you are responsible for assisting with the establishment and implementation standards of resident care on a 24-hour basis.
- Oversees maintenance and accuracy of resident’s clinical records, reflecting current status and maintains confidentiality of all resident care information.
- Serve as a resource for the staff regarding the resident’s cognitive and functional ability.
- Evaluates the quality and appropriateness of care and the effectiveness and efficiency of systems within the facility setting.

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and prefer a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience: Two years experience as a Registered Nurse and prefer prior experience in the long-term care industry.
Certificate/ License: (1) Current licensure in the state employed (2) CPR certification and (3) driver’s license preferred.
