Role: Assistant Director, Nursing PCU

Location: El Paso TX

Must Haves:

Education:

Required: Academic degree in nursing required (Bachelors or Masters degree). Masters degree in Nursing or related field required (Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or management).

Experience:

Required: 2 Years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full time charge nurse/related position.

Certifications:

Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practise profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.

CPR certification required.

Summary

The Assistant Director oversees the day to day operation of the department(s). This includes assistance with supervision of all personnel of procedures, ordering of supplies and equipment, and managing the schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
