Position: 1st Shift Assembly Technician
Location: Hartland, WI.
Compensation: $18-$22
Hours: 1st Shift Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Our facility is quiet, clean and temperature controlled.

Position Overview:
This position will work within the sanitary assembly area. The primary focus of this position will be on assembling conveyors along with corresponding accessories, testing the conveyor, and packaging the final product for parcel freight shipments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Basic math skills with the ability to understand decimals.
• Complies with all safety procedures.
• Must be able to work overtime
• Perform Conveyor assemblies in a product line.
• Must have a good mechanical ability and be able to work with and build from prints.
• This person must display initiative, have a positive attitude, be dependable, have safe working habits and have a good overall attendance record.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:

• Basic computer, measurement, and math skills.
• Strong communication skills for dealing with co-workers and management.
• Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to work Overtime.
• Meet attendance & punctuality requirements.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
